*You will examine all mails passing through Hong *Kong to and from Austria-Hungary and Germany, and information of
importance will be telegraphed to War Office."
I have notified the Postal Censor (Postmaster
General). This may necessitate an increase in the Postal Censor-
ship Staff, as all closed mails will now be opened.
